Your selected visibility items are posted, scheduled, displayed, or delivered based on your package and services.

Receive Your Summary

After the show, receive a simple Visibility Activity Summary showing delivered items and available visibility activity.

Video Requirements

Different placements require different video formats.

Registration Video Screen

  • Horizontal / landscape format required
  • Recommended size: 1920x1080
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • File type: .mp4 or .mov preferred
  • Recommended length: 15-30 seconds unless otherwise specified
  • Keep text large and easy to read
  • Include booth number if available

Story Feature / Social Story Video

  • Vertical format required
  • Recommended size: 1080x1920
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16
  • File type: .mp4 or .mov preferred
  • Recommended length: 10-15 seconds unless otherwise specified
  • Keep product visuals clear
  • Include social handle and booth number when possible

If you purchased both Registration Video Screen and Story Feature visibility, please upload the correct version for each placement.

TIMELINE & SCHEDULING

Submit Early To Stay On Schedule

Some visibility items require asset review, scheduling, production time, or approval. Submitting your materials early helps keep your order on track.

Asset Review

We review submitted materials to confirm they are usable for your selected visibility items.

Production & Scheduling

Selected visibility items are prepared and scheduled based on package, service type, and availability.

Final Delivery

Content, placements, or booth items are delivered according to the selected package or service timeline.

STATUS & UPDATES

After Your Visibility Goes Live

When visibility items are delivered or published, TASM Capture may provide links, updates, or delivery confirmations when available.
