References to The Atlanta Shoe Market are used only to describe the trade show environment, event context, or exhibitor setting where TASM Capture services may be offered.
Purchasing services from TASM Capture does not constitute registration for The Atlanta Shoe Market, booth reservation, exhibitor approval, event admission, sponsorship, or any official agreement with The Atlanta Shoe Market.
Exhibitors are responsible for separately confirming all official trade show registration, booth, badge, move-in, move-out, and event-related requirements directly with the appropriate trade show organizers.

TASM Capture provides visibility-related services that may include digital content support, social visibility opportunities, registration-area or show-related promotional placements where available, booth photography, story features, recap content, booth branding support, QR signage, banner support, table cover coordination, and post-show visibility summaries.
Services may vary by package, availability, production schedule, show cycle, and operational capacity.
Notice: TASM Capture does not guarantee sales, buyer traffic, leads, booth visits, revenue, orders, social media growth, or business outcomes.

Some services, including interviews, screen placements, timeline placements, and premium visibility opportunities, may be limited and subject to approval, scheduling, or availability. Purchase of a package does not guarantee access to every optional service unless specifically listed as included in the package purchased.

Customers must provide accurate and timely information, including brand name, booth number, logos, website link, social media handles, QR destinations, and contact details.
TASM Capture is not responsible for delays, missed placements, or reduced quality caused by late, incomplete, low-resolution, or unusable customer-submitted materials.
Customers must ensure they hold the full rights, licenses, and permissions to all submitted images, logos, videos, music, trademarks, copy, and creative assets.
By submitting materials to TASM Capture, customers grant TASM Capture a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, resize, crop, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted materials for the purpose of providing purchased visibility services.
This may include use on websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, recap content, reports, promotional previews, and related visibility materials.
Customers retain ownership of their original submitted materials. TASM Capture may make reasonable edits to fit platform requirements, placement formats, display dimensions, or design templates.
Customers must provide media in the correct format for the service purchased.

TASM Capture may reject, request replacement, or modify media that is low quality, incorrect format, overly compressed, unclear, or unsuitable for the selected placement.
TASM Capture may provide post-show visibility summaries or activity reports detailing deliverables, reach, impressions, and engagement.
All reporting is provided for informational purposes only. TASM Capture reporting does not represent guaranteed performance, sales attribution, buyer traffic, lead generation, revenue impact, or business results. Third-party platform metrics may vary and are subject to the reporting limitations of social media platforms, analytics tools, and available data sources.
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because many TASM Capture services involve scheduling, production planning, media preparation, limited inventory, or reserved placement opportunities, refunds may be limited once work has begun, assets have been reviewed, production has started, or placement inventory has been reserved.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
Physical booth essentials such as banner stands, QR signs, and table covers may be non-refundable once proofing, production, printing, or shipping has begun. TASM Capture may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for submitting correct artwork, approvals, shipping information, QR destinations, sizing details, and proof approvals when required.
Production timelines, shipping timelines, color output, material appearance, and delivery timing may vary. TASM Capture is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier delays, production delays, customer approval delays, incorrect customer-provided information, or color variations that may occur during printing or production.
All services are subject to scheduling availability, production capacity, media availability, placement inventory, and operational constraints. TASM Capture may adjust timing, scheduling, placement order, or delivery sequence based on operational needs. Certain services may be available only before, during, or after a specific show cycle. TASM Capture does not guarantee exact posting times, exact placement times, exact audience exposure, exact engagement levels, or exact performance outcomes unless specifically agreed in writing.
TASM Capture provides visibility services and exhibitor support opportunities. TASM Capture does not guarantee sales, orders, buyer traffic, booth visits, leads, revenue, ROI, social media growth, engagement levels, audience response, or business outcomes.
Customers understand that visibility services are intended to support brand presence, recognition, and content exposure, but results may vary.
TASM Capture may use or reference third-party platforms such as social media platforms, email tools, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting services, file storage services, or production vendors. TASM Capture is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data limitations, account restrictions, technical issues, reporting changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASM Capture is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of its services. TASM Capture’s total liability for any claim related to a purchased service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
TASM Capture may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of TASM Capture services after updates are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.
